Pricing

All artwork prices include delivery within Australia. International shipping is charged separately and will be quoted based on the size of the artwork and its destination. Prices are subject to change.

Packaging

Every artwork is carefully packaged to ensure it arrives safely. Larger pieces are packed in wooden crates or boxes.

Dispatch

Artworks are dispatched from Brisbane within 5–7 business days of purchase. You’ll receive a tracking number once your artwork is on its way.

Delivery within Australia

• Smaller artworks are sent via DHL Express. Delivery usually takes 1–3 business days to metropolitan areas, with regional and remote areas taking a little longer.

• Larger artworks are delivered by IAS Fine Art Logistics, a specialist art transport company. Their interstate art shuttles run on set schedules, so we’ll advise an estimated delivery date at the time of purchase.

International delivery

All international orders are shipped by DHL Worldwide Express. Delivery times depend on the destination and will be confirmed with your shipping quote.

Customs and import duties

International buyers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties or taxes charged by the destination country. These are not included in the artwork price or shipping quote.

Damage in transit

All artworks are insured while in transit. In the unlikely event your artwork arrives damaged, please email louise@ldwdesigns.com.au within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage, the packaging and the shipping label so we can resolve it for you.
